Telegram has 950 million monthly active users, founder says it is on track to break the 1 billion mark
Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, announced on his personal Telegram channel early this morning that the monthly active users of the instant messaging platform have reached 950 million. This number has increased from the reported 900 million users in the spring. Durov stated that Telegram is expected to break the 1 billion user mark in the near future.
