Temporary suspension of British Pound Sterling (GBP) withdrawals

We want to notify you that British pound sterling (GBP) withdrawals for individual users will be temporarily suspended starting on January 12, 10:00 AM (GMT) due to a system upgrade.

Make sure to withdraw all your GBP assets before the suspension of withdrawals. Remaining GBP balances will be automatically converted into USDT after January 12, 10:00 AM (GMT) according to the conversion rate of the USDT/GBP spot trading pair on January 12 (GMT). The amount will be distributed to users' accounts within the following 1–2 weeks.

Note: We are revamping services for GBP deposits and withdrawals. Further updates will be available in the near future. During this period, you will still be able to make GBP purchases via credit/debit card.
