Step 2:

Under [Crypto], select the coin that you would like to withdraw. You are only able to choose the coins you own in the spot account.

Step 3:

Under [On-Chain], select the network/chain type and you will see the transaction fee for each blockchain accordingly. Please ensure you have selected the same network as the receiving platform/exchange.

Otherwise, check the contract address on the coin, corresponding with its network. If you select the wrong network (not supported by your receiving platform/exchange), your funds might be lost and couldn’t be recovered

*Note: Please be informed that some crypto coins might have a temporary suspension and no deposit/withdrawal is allowed at the time being.

Step 4:

Enter the withdrawal address (from the receiving platform/exchange) and click [Next].

Step 5:

Enter the withdrawal amount and proceed to [Withdraw].

Step 6:

Check all the details and [Agree] to the agreement.

Step 7:

Enter your fund code and other security verifications.

At last, your withdrawal request has been submitted successfully. Please wait patiently as it may take within 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.
